Sketchnotes of Ira Glass on Storytelling

I’ve been a fan of Ira Glass for a long time.  I feel incredibly lucky that my first exposure was a live performance.  He came to my college when I was a sophomore, and the show blew me away.  The immersive experience of that night got me hooked on to his style of storytelling, and I’ve been a fan ever since.  Glass has achieved mastery in the realm of storytelling that we should all aspire to.  And thankfully for us, he is sharing his wisdom with the world.

A few years back Public Radio International posted some interviews with Glass onto YouTube.  Four short videos with loads of insight.  Here are some sketchnotes I took while watching those videos:

If you want to catch some of Glass’s work, check out his weekly radio show, This American Life.  If you haven’t listened before, my guess is you’ll be hooked after one show.
